  • We provide support throughout a patient's journey. We are about caring for people, their needs, and their privacy first. We've meet standards, such as HIPAA, SOC2, FDA compliant. We've structured our tools to maintain regulatory integrity. Beyond HIPAA-compliance, we understand that collecting multiple forms of data for research requires specialized features, security, and data handling.

    Many companies share or sell copies of data with outside third-parties, which can be problematic for both patients and for clinical research. Pluto will never sell copies of data to unknown third parties.

  • No. Data sharing and access is highly regulated and this is NOT how our support services work.

  • We keep it simple--we don't share. We don't share any information without patient permission or unless required by HIPAA rules. It's often important to keep data within the research group for clinical trials. We understand this. Many technology companies share de-identified copies with outside third parties, which can be problematic for patients and clinical research. Imagine having your de-identified data from a trial sold to others. We don't like that. We don't sell or share data to unnamed third parties.

  • Not necessarily, we strive to understand a person's comprehensive needs first and then connect them if secondarily directed by patients or meaningful to the patient.

  • We strive to uphold patient experience and enrich their care over time. We stay with patients for the long-run and do not think of our relationships in terms of specific trials or conditions. We want to collectively take care of health needs. Plus, we have firm convictions on data privacy. Even sharing de-identified data is often unacceptable for us.
